Around 30 years ago we opened our first restaurant in the midwest. While we have grown to dozens of locations across the country, the quality of our food has remained top notch. Our wide array of from-scratch entrees and made-to-order burgers will satisfy any taste. We're also well known for our bar; we're the best location for meeting up after work, catching the big game, pretty much for any occasion!
Right now we're currently looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager for our location in the Pittsburgh area. With locations from coast to coast, our Management staff enjoys ample opportunity for advancement from within along with one of the best benefits packages in the industry. We're currently looking for someone with:
3+ years of current Casual Dining/Full Service Restaurant Assistant Management experience
High Volume Background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2.5 million in sales
A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees and Management
Ability to Build Sales and Rapport in the community
Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
